Client Appointments

Virtual Appointments Now Available

As of March 20, virtual appointments are available. Our team will be reaching out to clients with information to convert your regular, in-person appointment to a virtual meeting.

Traditional Sit Down Appointments

Any clients that wish to postpone their appointments may do so by calling our office.

Drop Off, Mail In & Electronic Submission of Documents

Clients who do not require an appointment (virtual or sit down) may drop off, mail in, or submit their documents electronically.

Effective March 20, 2020, we will be utilizing a new client portal, SecureFilePro. The new system will help to streamline our processes into our tax software. Please call our office to be given access to the new portal.

Our old portal, SecureDrawer, is still accessible for any client that needs to obtain copies of documents that have previously been delivered through that portal.

Copies of Finalized Tax Returns

To help lessen our societal impact and ensure the well-being of our clients, we are encouraging the use of our electronic delivery system through SecureFilePro. This includes the option to electronically sign the e-file authorization forms.

Protective Measures

Clendenin Bird & Company, PC is ensuring that common areas and high traffic areas are being regularly cleaned and desanitized as necessary. This includes door handles, counters, chairs, desks and tables after the departure of every client.
